# What You'll Need:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

# How to Make It:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer through the center length of each scrubbed russet potato.
02 - Securely hold the skewer and, using a sharp knife, cut each potato in a spiral motion while rotating, slicing continuously from one end to the other.
03 - Gently extend the potato along the skewer, spacing out the spirals evenly.
04 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
05 - Brush or rub the prepared seasoning over each sliced potato, ensuring coverage between the spirals.
06 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
07 - Place the seasoned, skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket with adequate space between each. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
08 - If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and chili flakes before serving.
