01 - Sift matcha powder into a mug to eliminate lumps. Add hot water and whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk or small regular whisk until completely smooth and frothy.
02 - Stir honey into the matcha mixture until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness according to personal preference.
03 - Warm oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat or steam using a milk frother until hot but not boiling. Froth for added creaminess if desired.
04 - Pour warm oat milk over the prepared matcha base. Stir gently to combine flavors. Optionally garnish with a pinch of matcha powder. Serve immediately.
