01 - 1.1 pounds lean ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 large head iceberg lettuce, chopped
07 - 2 medium tomatoes, diced
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 6 dill pickles, sliced
11 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

→ Special Sauce

12 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
13 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
14 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
15 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
16 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
17 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
18 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
19 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
20 - Pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking the beef apart, until fully browned and no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed and set the beef aside to cool slightly.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
03 - In a large salad bowl, layer the chopped iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced dill pickles.
04 - Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly over the layered salad ingredients.
05 - Drizzle the special sauce generously over the top. Gently toss to combine the components, or serve the sauce on the side as desired.
06 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a traditional burger essence if desired. Serve immediately.
