03 - Fold in any desired mix-ins including chocolate chips, nuts, cinnamon, or berries until evenly distributed.
04 - Evenly divide the batter between the greased ramekins.
05 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until the tops are set and lightly golden.
06 - Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm. Add preferred toppings if desired.
