03 - Heat over medium-high, stirring occasionally until mixture boils.
04 - Lower heat to medium-low and cook 10 to 12 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
05 - Mix in orange zest, ground cinnamon, and salt; simmer an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
06 - Remove from heat and allow to cool; consistency will thicken further.
07 - Transfer to a container and serve chilled or at room temperature.
