01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and chocolate chips.
03 - Add the melted butter and brown sugar to the oat mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated and the mixture holds together when pressed.
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cookies are set.
06 - Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
