01 - Line a rimmed baking sheet approximately 9x13 inches with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until fully blended and smooth.
03 - Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
04 - Distribute mixed berries, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and seeds evenly over the yogurt layer. Press toppings gently into the yogurt.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely set.
