03 - Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, avoiding browning.
04 - Arrange prawns in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side until pink; flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.
05 - Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes if using.
06 - Add remaining tablespoon of butter and toss with chopped parsley, coating prawns thoroughly.
07 - Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
