01 - Peel the bananas and slice them into ½-inch thick rounds.

03 - Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until foamy.
04 - Place banana slices in a single layer in the skillet. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the tops.
05 - Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the undersides become golden brown and caramelized.
06 - Gently flip the banana slices and cook for another 2 minutes until golden on the second side.
