# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon for about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
04 - Mix in taco seasoning, salt, black pepper, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and water. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, letting flavors develop and liquid reduce slightly.
05 - In a 9x13 inch baking dish, scatter half the crushed tortilla chips. Spread half the meat mixture over chips and top with half the shredded cheddar. Repeat layers with remaining chips, meat, and cheese. Garnish with black olives if desired.
