Roast Garlic Flavor Spread (Printable)

02 - 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil
03 - Pinch of sea salt (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F.
02 - Remove loose outer skins from the garlic, keeping cloves intact.
03 - Slice approximately 1/4 inch off the top to expose the cloves.
04 - Place garlic cut side up on a square of aluminum foil.
05 - Drizzle olive oil over exposed cloves and sprinkle with sea salt if preferred.
06 - Wrap tightly in the aluminum foil.
07 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until cloves are soft and golden brown.
08 - Allow to cool slightly, then squeeze roasted garlic from cloves for spreading or incorporating.
