01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
03 - Place one piece of chocolate, one marshmallow, and one graham cracker segment at the wide end of each dough triangle.
04 - Gently roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, tucking in the sides to enclose the filling.
05 - Place the filled rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush the tops with melted butter if desired, then sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips.
07 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown and marshmallow is slightly oozing.
