02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed and fully incorporated.
02 - Fold in the diced strawberries and strawberry jam (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the oat mixture.
03 - Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or containers, ensuring both portions contain similar amounts of strawberries and oats.
