# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It takes exactly five minutes from fridge to glass, which is faster than brewing coffee.
  • Frozen berries work just as well, so you can make this year round without compromise.
  • The Greek yogurt adds enough protein that it actually keeps you full until lunch.
02 -
  • If you use frozen berries, skip the ice cubes entirely or you will end up with something closer to sorbet than a drinkable smoothie.
  • A handful of spinach blends in completely undetected and turns the color a bit murkier but adds a serious nutritional boost.
03 -
  • Layer liquids closest to the blade and berries on top to prevent air pockets that leave chunks unblended at the bottom.
  • A pinch of salt sounds strange in a smoothie but it amplifies the natural sweetness of the berries in a way no amount of honey can replicate.
