- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let stand for 2 minutes to absorb moisture.
- Add ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and black pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the prepared baking sheet or press into the loaf pan.
- Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Spread half of the glaze evenly over the meatloaf surface. Reserve remaining glaze.
- Bake the loaf for 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove meatloaf from oven, spread the remaining glaze over the top, and return to bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add green beans, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Let meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve alongside sautéed green beans.
